Thank you for your interest in Westside Baptist Academy. We are pleased that you are considering Westside as a partner in the education of your child(ren), and hope that God will be a part of your decision making as you begin the admissions procedure at WBA. On February 22d , we start accepting Enrollment Packets of new students for the 2010-2011 School Year. The instructions for completing the packet are in this section, along with all the required forms.   • Complete Enrollment Form
  • Complete Emergency Medical Authorization – check phone number!
  • Print Enrollment Checklist
  • Print Required Forms/Read Handbook
  • Return completed forms to WBA Business office with fees
  • Complete forms and request any necessary paperwork
